Wrigley Mansion Baby Shower

I recently photographed a beautiful baby shower, held at the Wrigley Mansion in Phoenix. It was the nicest baby shower I have ever seen – complete with a Henna tattoo artist and a custom cigar maker (for the dads/men in the other room). The mom to be was so stunning and the weather was gorgeous. Just a lovely day all around. Here are a few of my favorites from the shower:

Holiday Mini Sessions 2015

I have finally gotten around to posting pictures from my holiday sessions this year. And like years past, I had so many awesome families to photograph. It was such a joy for me to meet some new families this year, and it was even more special to me to see families from last year and to see how much the kids have grown. Here are some (okay, a ton) of my favorite highlights:

The story of October

Our month of October, told in pictures. Hello November.

Goodbye September, goodbye heat?

And just like that, September is officially over. Now we start to move into my favorite months – October, November, and December. However, here in Arizona, we are all still waiting for it to feel like fall. You can smell it in the air, so you know it’s not far away. But you also still need sunscreen and a quick dive into the pool is totally acceptable.

September was a good month to us – so much fun with with friends. I love watching the kids be kids. Outside with dirty knees and sweaty hair. We watched the blood moon. And talked about how old the kids would be the next time we see it (college and possibly married – yikes!). Halloween costumes are being planned and I am wondering how soon can I start listening to Christmas music? The next three months will go by fast, but I look so forward to it. Hello October!

Arizona in July/August

July and August – here and gone. Why can’t time move a little slower? Summer vacation is over, school has started and Michael’s is already selling Christmas ornaments. Here are my highlights from the last two months. See you in September!
