Buffalove

About 20 years ago I met my friend Keith while attending Arizona State University. I remember the exact moment I met him. We were on our way to a summer study abroad program in France & Spain. It was my first time ever leaving the country and I was very nervous. My husband (boyfriend at the time) took me to the airport. Those were the days when friends and family could walk you to your gate without a ticket. I was in line to board the plane and as I turned to wave one last goodbye to my boyfriend for the summer, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked behind me to see this boy who said “so, you’ve ever been to France before?” and thus started my first conversation and lifelong friendship with Keith.

I’m so happy for Keith & Erin – you can see the love and connection they have with each other the minute you meet them. I’m not normally a wedding photographer, but I was so happy to be able to capture their special day. Along with my bestie, Laura, who was also my assistant. It was a fun weekend in Buffalo, New York for these Arizona gals. Not only did we get to be a part of this beautiful wedding, but we also got to cross off an item on the bucket list- Niagara Falls.

The pictures below are some of my favorite moments from the wedding. I know that Erin & Keith have a life long road of happiness ahead of them. I think a quote from one of my favorite movies says it perfectly –

“When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.”
When Harry Met Sally

So here’s to the start of the rest of their lives!
